With over 40 years in the sports industry, including 17 years as Global Director of Nike Tennis Sports Marketing, lan Hamilton has significantly impacted the non-profit sector. He is the Executive Director and CEO of the Play Without Limits Project and Global Vice President of Brand Partnerships at US Sports Camps. lan has served for over a decade as a board member of Portland Tennis and Education, supporting underserved youth, and founded Friends of Jack, a 501c3 foundation. As a proud father of three college graduates, lan is dedicated to ensuring every young person has the same chance to succeed through sports, education, and the arts.

Ken is a Senior Financial Executive and Trusted Advisor with 40 years mergers & acquisitions experience managing strategic projects, acquisitions, divestitures, takeover defense, and restructurings (with value more than $350 Billion). Seasoned executive specifically skilled in advising Executive Committees and Boards at public and private, large and mid-cap companies. Has provided independent assessments of strategic opportunities and worked with Boards and management teams to develop and execute strategies for maximization of value. Extensive experience in corporate finance, including public equity and debt offerings, with a strong legal grounding and diverse M&A experience. Ken earned his JD and MBA degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Wharton School of Business. Ken has served as advisor to various non-profit organizations and their Boards of Directors including Hank Aaron Chasing the Dream Foundation and the University of Pennsylvania Law School Board of Overseers.

A native New Yorker and Yale graduate, Yumi brings over 30 years of global marketing and sports marketing experience. She has lived and worked in five countries across Asia and Europe, with a career spanning advertising at Leo Burnett, media and events at Turner Sports, sports governance at the FIVB, and 26 years at Nike. There, she led initiatives across multiple sports-collaborating with athletes, leagues, teams, and organizations worldwide. A former collegiate gymnast, now often found on a pickleball court, Yumi has always centered her life around sport and is excited to bring that passion and global perspective to the boardroom.

Candice Wertz is thrilled to be a member of the PWLP board. She is a strategic operations specialist currently working with the Artificial Intelligence for Drug Discovery group at Genentech. Candice has worked in fintech and healthcare and studied at The Wharton School and UC Berkeley. She lives with her family in Berkeley, CA. Candice is passionate about access to healthcare and to uplifting activities like sports and music.

Andy Aubertine is the owner of Aubertine Law Group located in Portland, Oregon.
He has been practicing law since 1983 where he has done civil and criminal work, including complex litigation and business transactions. Andy's practice in the last ten years includes representing non-profit and charitable organizations, and he has experience working directly with the Boards of Directors for these organizations.
Prior to founding Aubertine Law Group, Andy served as a Deputy District Attorney in the Clackamas County Oregon DA's office and then moved on to become an Assistant Attorney General for the Oregon Department of Justice. He is an adjunct professor for Lewis & Clark Law School where he teaches the antitrust class. Andy received his JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and his BA in History from the University of lowa.
