Play Without Limits provides grants for sports, arts, music, and educational programs for underserved youth. We don't just open doors; we build bridges to ensure every child, regardless of their circumstances, can discover their talents and reach their full potential.

Executive Director & CEO
Ian Hamilton
With over 40 years in the sports industry, including 17 years as Global Director of Nike Tennis Sports Marketing, lan Hamilton has significantly impacted the non-profit sector. He is the Executive Director and CEO of the Play Without Limits Project and Global Vice President of Brand Partnerships at US Sports Camps.
lan has served for over a decade as a board member of Portland Tennis and Education, supporting underserved youth, and founded Friends of Jack, a 501c3 foundation. As a proud father of three college graduates, lan is dedicated to ensuring every young person has the same chance to succeed through sports, education, and the arts.

Yumi Ozawa
A native New Yorker and Yale graduate, Yumi brings over 30 years of global marketing and sports marketing experience. She has lived and worked in five countries across Asia and Europe, with a career spanning advertising at Leo Burnett, media and events at Turner Sports, sports governance at the FIVB, and 26 years at Nike. There, she led initiatives across multiple sports-collaborating with athletes, leagues, teams, and organizations worldwide. A former collegiate gymnast, now often found on a pickleball court, Yumi has always centered her life around sport and is excited to bring that passion and global perspective to the boardroom.

Kenneth Tuchman
Ken is a Senior Financial Executive and Trusted Advisor with 40 years mergers & acquisitions experience managing strategic projects, acquisitions, divestitures, takeover defense, and restructurings (with value more than $350 Billion). Seasoned executive specifically skilled in advising Executive Committees and Boards at public and private, large and mid-cap companies. Has provided independent assessments of strategic opportunities and worked with Boards and management teams to develop and execute strategies for maximization of value.
Ken earned his JD and MBA degrees from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Wharton School of Business. Ken has served as advisor to various non-profit organizations and their Boards of Directors including Hank Aaron Chasing the Dream Foundation and the University of Pennsylvania Law School Board of Overseers.

Andy Aubertin
Andy Aubertine is the owner of Aubertine Law Group located in Portland, Oregon.
He has been practicing law since 1983 where he has done civil and criminal work, including complex litigation and business transactions. Andy's practice in the last ten years includes representing non-profit and charitable organizations, and he has experience working directly with the Boards of Directors for these organizations.
Prior to founding Aubertine Law Group, Andy served as a Deputy District Attorney in the Clackamas County Oregon DA's office and then moved on to become an Assistant Attorney General for the Oregon Department of Justice. He is an adjunct professor for Lewis & Clark Law School where he teaches the antitrust class. Andy received his JD from Lewis & Clark Law School and his BA in History from the University of lowa.

Candice Wertz
Candice Wertz is thrilled to be a member of the PWLP board. She is a strategic operations specialist currently working with the Artificial Intelligence for Drug Discovery group at Genentech. Candice has worked in fintech and healthcare and studied at The Wharton School and UC Berkeley. She lives with her family in Berkeley, CA. Candice is passionate about access to healthcare and to uplifting activities like sports and music.

John Huang
John is a Technology Support Lead at JPMorganChase, bringing a multidisciplinary background across the manufacturing, telecommunications, and financial services sectors. In 2025, through JPMorganChase's Tech for Social Good program, John partnered with Play Without Limits Project (PWLP), leading a team that researched, designed, and delivered a technology solution to advance PWLP's needs and mission. John earned both his B.E. and M.E. in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.

Harry Aldrich
As an entrepreneur, ideas, and most importantly the execution of ideas, has been my strength. I like working, even as a kid, having a job, learning right from wrong, and willingness to taking chances and risks has taught me great life lessons. Being a connecter, bringing the right people together, developing a game plan, setting goals, raising funds, and getting across the goal line is why I now choose to serve on the board of PWLP. I have served for over 12 years on the board of Portland Tennis & Education, 2 as president, helping create a very successful 'at risk youth' program in Portland, OR. My proudest achievement is being the stepfather 5 successful children, and focus on 6 grandchildren. Life has served me well, and my focus and giving is centered on youth, education and providing deserving kids an opportunity to believe in their capabilities through PWLP's mission.
Director of Operations
Mia Doyle
Mia, an experienced educator of 18 years, recently transitioned from teaching to the sports industry. During COVID, she and her students in New York City volunteered to call elderly Spanish speakers twice a week, ensuring they had food and medication. Now part of the Play Without Limits Project, she collaborates with charitable organizations to provide underserved children access to enriching activity camps.
Her international background and passion for inclusivity fuel her mission to inspire young minds. Mia and her husband have lived in four countries, and their two children each hold three passports—a testament to their global upbringing.
